1. Why does JAMCityCard exist?

JAMCityCard's mission is to serve consumers with knowledge, value and guidance. It's like having hundreds or thousands of friends to ask advice from, and all the rebates and discounts to make it happen at the lowest possible price.



2. What is JAMCityCard?

JAMCityCard* is discount shopping card. With JAMCityCard Your money is worth more. Card allows you to shop with discounts on every purchase of goods and services in range from 2 % to 30 % at our contract Partners, regardless of payment options and bill amount.

3. Is there a fee to use JAMCityCard?

Yes, membership fee is the only expense that Users pay thru entire validation period (card issue expense, postal fee, aplication fee... included). It costs 7 € (per month) or 20 € (per year).



4. Why do I need to sign up as a registered JAMCityCard member?

JAMCityCard does require registration in order to use our Card. You don't want to miss any valuable informations sent to your email and SMS address frequently, or chance to join our Forums discussions. In addition, if you want to shop online and receive cash back than you must be registered.



5. How do I get started?

Click on Sign Up here, or on any JAMCityCard page in the top right corner.



6. Where can I look at JAMCityCard's Terms & Conditions? What is it?

7. Is there a members award program?

Of course, even now we're thinking how to make JAMCityCard more popular, that's why membership award system for our users (members) is formed. Thanks to this you can easilly get rewards like annual membership fee, domestic and foreign travels, and other valuable awards and benefits.

Every euro you spend is worth one point and it is added to already collected amount. Points status check can be requested by e-mail or SMS. When you collect targeted amount of points just contact us by e-mail or telephone number 00385 21 264 647 and ask for your award.

Accounting period is 12 months.

Points collected in previous accounting period are not transferable in next period.



8. Are we allowed to collect points on one account with multiple cards?

All JAMCityCard members are allowed to link aditional cards with main card (for juvenile kids for example). Points collected with each card are added to one joined account , so you can like family, faster and easier collect awards.



9. What if I loose my JAMCityCard?

If your JAMCityCard is lost, damaged or stolen, report the accident to our call center, and new card is shiped to your adress within 72 hours FREE OF CHARGE according to General regulations.

11. What is JAMCityCard Cash Back?

It's money in your pocket, that’s what! JAMCityCard Cash Back is money you earn in the form of an automatic rebate. It is separate from and in addition to any other discounts!



12. How do I start earning Cash back on my purchases?

It's easy and you will kick yourself for not having done it sooner! All you need to do is sign-up for membership and shop from your JAMCityCard and we'll start sending you money!

Here's how:
Sign in to JAMCityCard.
Click on Cash Back Shopping.
Select store you want to shop.
Visit store through a cash back link on its JAMCityCard page.
Complete purchase in browser window that opens for you.

The key is shopping without getting distracted!



Interrupting the shopping session by closing the window, performing searches on other sites, clicking pop-ups, visiting your social networking home page, and other side-treks are examples of things to avoid.


Special note on multiple purchases: If want to make another purchase, you must first return to JAMCityCard and visit through our Cash Back Shopping page, just like the first time. Completing each transaction ends your “Cash Back session” with JAMCityCard and you have to start over to qualify on additional purchases.

Don’t panic because you can’t see Cash Back reflected at checkout. It’s a rebate, so you'll have to wait a little while.



Does following these guidelines guarantee Cash Back?

Almost. Cash Back is accurately reported over 97% of the time.


Still, there are things outside of our control. For example:
Your computer software set-up
Actions you take while shopping (not following our guidelines!)

It’s still a good idea to keep your e-mail confirmation from the merchant, however! You can take that confirmation and submit it to us if your transaction is not reported in your account within three weeks of the purchase date.



13. Is cash back reflected at checkout?

At checkout you will not see your cash back rewards. Cash back is a rebate that JAMCityCard, not the store, shares with you so you will need to wait until it is posted in your JAMCityCard account.



14. How soon is cash back posted to my account?
Cash back and commissions are usually reported on our website within 48 hours. However, the process can take as long as 4 weeks due to the variations between the different stores' financial reporting systems. In addition, many stores do not pay a commission until the order has been shipped and the return period for the purchase has elapsed. Remember that we can only pay cash back on purchases made through the JAMCityCard website so be sure to always use links on your JAMCityCard when shopping.


15. How do I make sure I am earning cash back?
Always start your purchase from your JAMCityCard page and sign into your account and then proceed. If you have multiple browser windows open then be sure that you make your purchase on the merchant's site from the browser window that was opened by JAMCityCard and has our banner at the top of the page.


16. How long will I have to wait for my Cash Back to be available?
Depending on the merchant, 1 - 121 days. Why? Because merchants typically have 90 days to reverse a transaction for return purposes. Your account will show "Pending" during this time. Some merchants take longer than others to pay us, and we can't pay you until they pay us! When the waiting is over, you will see the amount in your "Available Balance."


JAMCityCard pays cash back and commissions:

- upon collecting 100 HRK in total (with all merchants) for payments on bank accounts situated in Republic of Croatia (domestic transactions), or at least once a year, with no transaction fee charged

- upon collecting 100 € in total (with all merchants) for payments on bank accounts situated outside Republic of Croatia (international transactions), or at least once a year, with split bank transaction fee beetwen JAMCityCard and member

17. How long will it take to pay me once I collected 100 €?
Cash Back payments are typically processed in few days.

18. My account? What account? Where's my account and what does it contain?

We set up an 'account' for all Cash Back you earn shopping through JAMCityCard. Once the merchant OK's commissions to us, we put your share in your Cash Back account. You can view your Balance & History, request a payment, and other userful information by clicking My Account in the top right corner of any JAMCityCard page.



Balance & History

On the Balance & History page, you will see a basic summary of your Cash Back account.

Pending = transaction was reported, but you need to wait the 1-120 days until available.
Available = this is the amount you can cash out upon collecting 100 HRK or 100€.
Investigating = transactions that did not report automatically, you informed us, and we are checking with the merchant to see if they will pay commission on the transaction
Appealed = for some reason, the merchant denied payment, and we are appealing that decision with them for you
Lifetime Cash Back = a running total of all Cash Back you have cashed out



Cash Back Transaction history

You will also see your Cash Back Transaction history, sorted by Year/Month. You will see any notes you left for yourself.

19. What is the difference between JAMCityCard Cash Back and a Discount?

Cash Back is a rebate and will not show at checkout. Discounts may also be available by entering a code at checkout, and these savings will show right away.



20. Why is JAMCityCard paying Cash Back?

Sharing is good, right? We are sharing a portion of what we earn, so you are happy here and come back again! When you visit our Cash Back Shopping page and go shopping from there, merchants pay us a commission for sending them a customer. It’s a win-win-win situation. They sell more, we keep the site going, and you get Cash Back!



21. Where can I earn JAMCityCard Cash Back?

You earn cash back from participating merchants on our Cash Back Shopping page. Cash Back offers ( € or % ) are seen next to participating merchants.

Click merchant name to see all offers.

Click offer ( $ or % ) to link directly to merchant site.

Click red asterisk (if present) to review merchant requirements & restrictions. Check it close.



22. Can I visit again later and still get JAMCityCard Cash Back?

Yes, of course you can. However, please remember the following:

To earn Cash Back, the following events must occur in order:
Log in to JAMCityCard with your username.
Go to our Cash Back Shopping page.
Link to a participating merchant from JAMCityCard Cash Back Shopping page.
Add items to your cart.
Complete your transaction.



The following will PREVENT Cash Back:
Not logging into JAMCityCard.
Going directly to the merchant (including from a forum discussion) rather than linking from our Cash Back Shopping page.
Completing multiple transactions without returning to our Cash Back Shopping page. (Completing each transaction ends your “Cash Back session” with JAMCityCard and you have to start over to earn Cash Back on additional items.)
Typing in a new address (URL) in the window opened by JAMCityCard Cash Back Shopping or Offers page.
Clicking on any "special offers" or toolbars from other sites while shopping.
Allowing too much time to elapse between link and completed purchase. Merchants are limited in the time they'll remember us, and waiting hours, days or weeks is a bad idea.



NOTE: Many merchants require you to add items to your cart after linking from our Cash Back Shopping page. That means if you visit again later, it is the safest bet to remove any old items in your cart and re-add them after linking from JAMCityCard Cash Back Shopping.


If in doubt, return to JAMCityCard Cash Back Shopping page and navigate to the merchant from there. You’ll see a pop-up window proclaiming “You’re on track for getting Cash Back!”


If you have questions about specific merchants or Cash Back procedures, please let us know on a Support Request. Our team will be happy to help you! We want you to earn Cash Back because that means we're earning a commission.



23. Can I buy directly from the merchant and still get JAMCityCard Cash Back? What about price-matches?

No. If you deal with the merchant in-person, on-phone, or without JAMCityCard Cash Back Shopping link on-line, then you will not receive Cash Back. As a matter of fact, calling the merchant to change an order can cancel your Cash Back. Finally, if you request a price-match, the retailer will essentially cancel your JAMCityCard order and place a new one. In these cases, you will not earn Cash Back.
We'll help if we can.


24. What if I need to contact the merchant or change my order?
Contacting the merchant may void your cash back! Even if no actual changes are made (such as calling to check the status), the merchant may see themselves as the last assistance on the order and JAMCityCard may no longer be credited.
When making a change to an order, merchants regularly cancel the online order through JAMCityCard and enter a new one that is not associated to your JAMCityCard click. Without the JAMCityCard connection on this new order, no cash back is earned. This applies to changes made in-store as well. Adding extended warranty, changing payment method, or even adding another item to your order is a change. ANY change to your order can void Cash Back. It is best to cancel your order (which you can do directly) and then re-enter JAMCityCard Cash Back Shopping, find the merchant you want to order from and click on the merchant's name. Then (re-)order.


25. How do I actually get the cash? What is PayPal?

You can quickly set up an account at PayPal and You won't be charged. PayPal fees for the payment are far less cheaper than other financial institutions.Learn more about PayPal.



26. What if I see a problem when reviewing my account?


Please remember the timeline:
Up to 3 weeks from the SHIPPING date for money to show in your JAMCityCard Cash Back account. Your account will show nothing during this time.
1 – 121 days, depending on the merchant, for Money to be available. Why 1 - 121 days? Because merchants typically have 90 days to reverse a transaction for return purposes. Your account will show "Pending" during this time. When the waiting is over, you will see the amount in your "Available Balance."

If there’s still a problem then please send a Support Ticket with complete order information. Refer to your original date/time-stamped email confirmation from the merchant. Cash back is based on the purchase amount after discounts and before tax and shipping. For us to investigate with the merchant, your support request must be received within 60 days of the purchase. Support Tickets received after that time may not be addressed. We'll help if we can.



27. Why isn't Cash Back offered for all merchants?

For the most part, we make Cash Back available whenever it's valuable to our Community. We choose and accept offers only from the best companies and merchants for You.



28. What is a Cash Back Sale?

A Cash Back Sale is a limited-time only increase in the amount of Cash Back offered for a given merchant. They can happen at any time, so keep your eyes open for the extra rebate amounts!

A merchant participating in a Cash Back Sale will have the sale icon next to it's Cash Back amount and name on the main Cash Back Shopping page, as well as listed under it's "cash back!" box on it's individual page. At any time, you can view a listing of all merchants participating in a Cash Back Sale by visiting the Cash Back Sale page.
Most sales will include an end date. Although it happens rarely, merchants do reserve the right to end a Cash Back sale early.


29. Do all purchases qualify to earn cash back?
Almost every purchase made through JAMCityCard qualifies for cash back. However, there are a few restrictions:

No cash back rewards on Shipping costs
No cash back rewards on Sales Tax
No cash back on any purchases where the transaction is completed by phone
Most auction purchases do not qualify for cash back rewards
Monthly deliveries do not qualify for cash back rewards unless the entire delivery period is paid for in advance
Prescription medication purchases (human or animal) do not qualify for cash back rewards Any additional store restrictions are posted on that store's profile page.



30. What are basic rules for earning JAMCityCard Cash Back?

To be eligible to receive JAMCityCard Cash Back, you must satisfy the following criteria:







(1). You must be 18 years of age or older.

(2). You must log on to JAMCityCard.com with your user name;

(3). You must link to a Participating Merchant from JAMCityCard.com's Stores page;

(4). You must add items to your cart;

(5). You must complete your transaction; and

(6). You must have cookies enabled on your web browser



Reasons why you will not earn JAMCityCard Cash Back?

(1). You are under the age of 18.

(2). You do not log onto JAMCityCard.com with your user name;

(3). You go directly to the participating merchant without first visiting our Stores page;

(4). You complete multiple transactions without returning to our Stores page.
(Completing each transaction ends your "cash back session" with JAMCityCard, and
you have to start over to earn cash back on additional items).

(5). You type a new address (URL) in the window opened by a JAMCityCard Stores page;
(6). You click on any "special offers" or toolbars from other websites while shopping;
(7). You allow too much time to lapse between linking to the merchant and completing the
purchase.

(8). You contact the merchant to change an order.
(9). You fail to abide by the restrictions imposed by a Participating Merchant.
(10). The Participating Merchant fails to transmit to JAMCityCard the commission
corresponding to the transaction for any reason or any commission transmitted to
JAMCityCard is required to be repaid by an order of any court of competent jurisdiction.
(11). You have been notified by JAMCityCard that you, or certain purchases, are not eligible
for Cash Back.
